Prior to founding Aligned Solutions, Adam previously served as the Director of Addiction Services for the Massachusetts Medicaid program (MassHealth) where he led efforts to expand substance use disorder covered benefits for MassHealth beneficiaries under a Section 1115 waiver demonstration. Adam has also held finance and policy positions at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, and at Mass General Brigham, Inc. His experience includes procurement, rate setting, federal grant management, financial analytics, interagency partnerships, Medicaid claims analysis, stakeholder engagement, and healthcare system policy analysis, response, and implementation. Adam has served on state commissions and national roundtables on substance use disorder policy. He is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts and Skidmore College.
