Adam has over 10 years of experience working with Massachusetts state government and healthcare organizations, including the Department of Public Health, Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, MassHealth, and Mass General Brigham. He specializes in strategic planning, policy development, pricing, fiscal and operational analysis, implementation, and stakeholder engagement. As Director for Addiction Services at MassHealth, led efforts to expand the MassHealth substance use disorder benefit.
Maddie is an experienced and passionate policy maker with a deep understanding of Medicaid systems and behavioral health program implementation. Maddie has previous experience working at MassHealth (the Medicaid in Massachusetts) in leadership roles on the addiction services team and the behavioral health policy team. She is passionate about supporting providers in improving patient flows and their financial systems, influencing systems to put patients at the center of decision making, and turning complex concepts and data into actionable improvements.
Devika is a versatile full-stack engineer and designer with experience across startups in the insurance and product domains. She focuses on user-centric development, scalability, and high-quality solutions. With expertise in backend architecture and intuitive interfaces. She’s passionate about solving complex challenges and delivering impactful results through innovation and collaboration.
Elizabeth Pak is a healthcare technology leader specializing in EHR implementation and data interoperability. As Health Informatics Manager at Aligned Solutions, she oversees HL7 implementations and co-leads financial sustainability projects. With experience directing large-scale Epic rollouts and value-based care programs, she bridges technology and operations to support quality improvement. Elizabeth holds an MA from UCLA, a PMP, and Epic Leadership certificates.
Jenna is a social worker with expertise in social policy, informed by experience working in state and federal government. Previous roles include Behavioral Health Policy Manager for MassHealth and SNAP Program Specialist with the USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service. She is committed to advocating for and implementing human-centered systems and solutions that improve the communities we live and work in.
Ryan has 15 years of experience in state government systems, primarily in healthcare auditing and financial/administrative roles. He has worked extensively with Medicaid financing and claims data. He has a passion for developing data-driven financial solutions for sustainable government services
Lynda brings two decades of extensive chargemaster, revenue capture, revenue integrity and financial leadership experience to our team. Her career has included leadership roles at Cigna/Intracorp, Salem Hospital, Cambridge Health Alliance and most recently, Mass General Brigham, where she served as Corporate Director of Revenue Integrity.
